Cancellation Policy
* Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time may transfer the deposit to a new appointment.
* Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 30% of the total service price.
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
* Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule or have their appointment shortened, depending on availability.
